Our approach
Premarital counseling follows a structured process built around the SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) assessment, a trusted relationship assessment designed specifically for engaged couples. The assessment provides valuable insight into your personalities, communication styles, expectations, strengths, and potential growth areas, allowing each session to be personalized to your relationship.
Most couples complete the process over 6–8 sessions during the months leading up to their wedding, leaving with practical skills, meaningful conversations, and greater confidence as they enter marriage.
As with all counseling at Hope Christian Counseling, our approach is biblically rooted and clinically informed, integrating timeless biblical wisdom with proven relationship principles in a way that is practical, encouraging, and relevant to everyday married life.
